I make it a priority to move my body every single morning, primarily for my mental well-being and to maintain both my cardiovascular fitness and muscle mass. My daily training is not just about physical appearance but about becoming the best version of myself, staying youthful, and keeping up with my kids. It's all about staying strong for them and for my own long-term vitality. I stay active by playing volleyball and continuing my dance training, with future fitness goals that include running a triathlon again and, one day, completing the New York Marathon.
